2016 has been the least fun roller coaster ever. I started off in a part time retail job, got hired at a construction firm in a well paid job only for it to be all wrong for me, then back to retail. Now I’m being offered a full time contract and a promotion to work for in the near future. I want to celebrate because its a huge help for me getting back on my feet, plus I wont have to sell my e36 due to lack of funds, but I also dont know how if I have job security or not. Sigh this year. Have a VW Fox I saw.

right there with you my friend! My wife quit her well paying job because it was killing us. That was not a poor choice, in fact it was the best choice! She’s however struggling to find the right job that makes sense and it’s really put a damper on her spirits plus only one income is not as good as two. Plus a lot of other things going down...any news has been taken with a hesitation. A partial celebratory woooo to you sir!

Yeah its important to be happy but not knowing if youll be employed in a few months is hard. Such is life. Fingers crossed your wife finds something suited to her soon.

Thanks man! She’s picked up substitute teaching which is CLOSE to her dream job, but it’s still not her own classroom. We’re working on it.

Congratulations!
Fox? Those were Polos in most of the Europe. I had one just like that and one as hatchback. Both had terrible fates (stolen and rolled).

Well that’s a good step in the right direction. At least she’s near where she wants to be and gaining relevant experience.

Damn poor cars. I’m not sure its identical to what you posted though as this car had a longer boot like a proper coupe. I was told it was a Fox but I cant find much online about it.
